MovinUp
Terms of Use
These terms explain how MovinUp works, what the service can and cannot promise, and the rules that apply when you use free or paid features.
Last updated 24 September 2026
What MovinUp provides
- MovinUp uses public business evidence, information you provide and AI-assisted analysis to help build an Action Plan, organise Priorities and provide implementation guidance through Steps.
- The service is decision support, not a guarantee of growth, revenue, savings or any particular business result.
- AI can make mistakes or miss context. Important facts should be verified before you rely on them.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for deciding whether an Action Plan, Priority, Step or next action is appropriate for your business and circumstances.
- Do not rely on MovinUp as a substitute for qualified legal, financial, safety, tax or other specialist advice where that expertise is required.
- You must provide information you are entitled to provide and must not use the service unlawfully or to interfere with the service or other users.
Accounts
- Keep your account credentials secure and use accurate contact information so that access, support and payment records can be associated with the correct account.
- We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or serious misuse of the service.
MovinUp Community
- When Community is available, an eligible MovinUp account created from the reviewed-business flow includes Community membership. Business-profile visibility is controlled separately and may be Public or Private.
- If you continue with a Public business profile, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business for the information and actions you submit to the Community. If you indicate that you do not represent the business, MovinUp will keep it private and will not claim or publish it on your behalf.
- Community profiles are self-declared and are not an independent verification, endorsement or guarantee by MovinUp of a business, representative, service, identity or claim.
- Do not impersonate another business, knowingly publish false or misleading business information, misuse another party’s brand, send abusive or spam connection requests, or misuse contact information shared through an accepted connection.
- A connection request must be accepted before separately authorised business contact information can be released. MovinUp does not automatically share your account email as a Community contact.
- Businesses can decline, disconnect, block or report other businesses. MovinUp may review reports, suspend or unpublish profiles, limit Community access, preserve relevant moderation records and resolve representation disputes where reasonably necessary for safety or service integrity.
- A report or suspension is an operational safety action and does not by itself establish that a person or business acted unlawfully or dishonestly.
- If public indexing is enabled, information you approve for a public Community profile may be discoverable through search engines and third-party caches.
Payments
- Prices and included features are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
- A paid feature is treated as purchased only after payment is successfully confirmed. If a technical problem occurs after payment, we will use reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
Refunds and consumer rights
- Every purchase of step-by-step support includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from payment confirmation. If step-by-step support is not useful to you, you can request a refund while the guarantee window is open.
- A step-by-step support purchase applies to the confirmed Goal shown at checkout. Any refund under the voluntary guarantee is based on the amount actually paid for step-by-step support after applicable checkout discounts or promotions.
- Contact MovinUp through the Contact page while the 7-day window is open to request the guarantee refund. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method where practicable.
- This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Availability and changes
- MovinUp is an evolving product. Features, research methods, pricing and availability may change as the service improves.
- We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
- MovinUp software, branding, interface and proprietary product methods remain the property of their respective owners.
- You may use outputs created for your business for your own business purposes, subject to any third-party rights in source material.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, MovinUp is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from business decisions made using the service.
- Where liability cannot legally be excluded, these terms do not attempt to exclude it.
Contact and updates
- Questions about these terms, payments or refunds can be sent through the MovinUp contact page. The latest version of these terms will be published here.
